Wilst I stood atop the stands at the newly renovated Charles St. Stadium (beautiful by the way, thanks for asking) screaming chants stolen from the University of Houston, I couldn't help but ponder about Ross Sterlings multitude of helmets. All helmets are white with a blue face mask, but their 7th grade team uses the 'D' logo, and the 8th graders use 2, one has the 'A' logo, and the other uses an altered version of it filling the white with a bright orange and blue. This would've been fine if say the b team used on and a team used the other, but no because that would be consistant, and Humble ISD hates consistancy (The use of K-state for Humble and the goal post sleeves at turner). I much prefer the altered A logo, but that's mainly because the main version uses weird semi-dark colors. The problem with the altered A logo is that it's not on the brand page, at least KMS slapped it on the style guide. The other problem is that every other team uses the final logo in the guidlines, and the A logo is self-evidentally the first logo. Well that was my 2 AM rant on middle school football helmets, so heres pictures of the helmets.
